Carburetor Rebuild and Jetting
From single carbs to V4s and 6 cylinders, Repair Club will not only help you learn how to clean and tune your carbs but will give you a full understanding of how they operate. If you’ve made modifications to your intake and exhaust, chances are you might need to rejet your carburetor. We’ll show you how to do it right.

Fuel Injection Tuner Install and Setup
Do you have a fuel-injected motorcycle that you’ve made modifications to and are now looking to install a Power Commander, Bazzaz, or other fuel tuner? Repair Club will show you how to install it, set it up, and get your motorcycle riding smoother.

Custom Wiring Harnesses
Sometimes the stock harness just gets in the way. Maybe you’ve relocated your controls, or removed turn signals. Maybe everything else on your motorcycle is trimmed down and you have an ugly harness hanging off your motorcycle that’s too long. Repair Club can help you create a custom wiring harness that gives you everything you need and nothing you don’t.

Custom Throttle Cables
Whether you’re putting apes on your cruiser or clubmans on your cafe, sometimes these modifications will leave you with throttle cables that are either too short or too long for your motorcycle. Repair Club will show you how to create custom cables with the exact length for your application. We don’t make clutch cables, but we can show you how to measure for what you need, and have them made by a reliable retailer.
